ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to go before the Authorities and to submit a representation indicating all the amounts payable to him, for which the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel on either side, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Authorities with an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order. On receipt of the same, the authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
