To set aside the decree and judgment of the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram in A.S.No.29 of 2018 dated 19.02.2019 by reversing the decree and judgment of the learned Sub Court, Ramanathapuram in O.S.No.78 of 2010 dated 13.02.2018 by allowing this Second Appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.R.THAMOTHAR RAJ, Advocate for the 6th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
