This Writ Petition has been filed challenging impugned order passed by the the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3826/A2/2020 and for a consequential direction directing the respondents to approve the school committee proposal dated 03.08.2020 submitted by the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a subsequent development in this case, wherein, direct payment order was passed by the concerned authority and questioning the same, a Writ Petition has also been filed before this Court and the same is pending. 3.In the light of above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
