ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 109 BNS, 1/3

2023, in Cr.No.369 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive between the parties, the petitioner and other accused said to have abused husband of the the defacto complainant and one Balamurugan in filthy language and also assaulted them with Aruval and caused cut injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the injured was discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are two victims in this case and they are still in hospital for getting treatment and the investigation is pending. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
