ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
2.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put on notice all interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
