ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner during the visit into the house of the third respondent to meet his wife, namely, K.Babitha and his 2 year old son, namely, K.Mathu Aaradhayan, by considering the representations dated 04.12.2020 and 11.12.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 04.12.2020 and the same is still pending.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 04.12.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
