PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.176 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 294(b), 324, 307, and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.176 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Perusal of record shows that this petitioner is not named in the FIR. The 1st accused, who is named, has been arrested on 20.07.2022, remanded to judicial custody and later, released on bail. Now, this petitioner, on the basis of the confession statement of the 1st accused, has been implicated.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that no previous bad antecedents is reported against the petitioner.

4.Considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
