This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking police protection for the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6. Due to which, the respondents 3 to 6 along with others threatened the petitioner and her family members and also damaged her property. Therefore, she filed this petition for seeking police protection.

3. It is seen that the petitioner gave a representation on 15.03.2018, due to lapse of 1 1⁄4 of years, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
