O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 3rd Respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.5 of 2023 is filed for the offences under Section 498A and 406 of IPC against this petitioner and others.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
