ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this Court, by order dated 31.07.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8060, 8997, 8998 and 6737 of 2018, had constituted a committee for the purpose of selling available property and for the purpose of disbursing various amount due to the depositors. The committee has been directed to receive applications till 31.10.2018.

3. In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
