ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Earlier the petitioner had filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD )No.13867 of 2025 before this Court challenging the re-auction notice, dated 25.04.2025, in which, an interim order came to be passed on 07.05.2025 asking the respondents to defer the auction proceedings. Thereafter, the petitioner had withdrew the above Writ Petition. Now, the petitioner has come by way of the present Writ Petition to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 16.04.2025 and 26.06.2025 for conducting e-tender as the villagers are forming cartel and are thereby, preventing fair play in the auction proceedings.

The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the above mentioned petitioner's representations, dated 16.04.2025 and 26.06.2025 will be considered and disposed on merits and the decision will be taken on the issue as to whether e-tender has to be floated or open auction has to be held as expeditiously as possible.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to get suitable information and thereafter, pass an appropriate orders on the representations given by the petitioner, dated 16.04.2025 and 26.06.2025 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
