2. During the course of submissions, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent had paid Rs.38,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs only) to the petitioner/defacto complainant and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
