ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey the land situated in Survey No.44/10L, at Rajagopalaperi Village, Veerakeralamputur Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering her representation dated 23.06.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.E.Mareeskumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the second respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property with patta in his name in Patta No. 4659. He submitted an online application on 19.06.2025 in Application
No. 2025/0123/34/006637, seeking survey of the subject property. The same same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
