Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2015 and further direct him to make survey the petitioner's property in survey number 1136 at Virudhunagar District, Sivakasi Taluk, Eenjar Village and nearby Survey No.1134 in patta number 763 at Arunachalapuram Rani Mangammal Salai and to fix stones at boundaries.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2015 and further direct him to make survey the petitioner's property in survey number 1136 at Virudhunagar District, Sivakasi Taluk, Eenjar Village and nearby Survey No.1134 in patta number 763 at Arunachalapuram Rani Mangammal Salai and to fix stones at boundaries.
2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible. This order should not be construed as giving any positive direction to the respondents and the third respondent passes orders, independently, depending on the facts and circumstances of the case.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
