: Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 5th respondent in his proceedings NIL, dated 22.09.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by K.Selvi under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 22.09.2015.

2.In view of the ratio laid down by the larger bench judgment of this Court in (K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal-636 001 and another) reported in (2006 (4) CTC 689) this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

3.However, it is open for the petitioner to file a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the revisional authority is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within four weeks therefrom. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
