ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case against the proposed accused by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the complaint, dated 05.08.2022.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.08.2022, CSR.No.192 of 2022, dated 05.08.2022 has been assigned and for the same, enquiry is pending.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry upon the complaint, dated 05.08.2022 and dispose of it, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
