This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to return the Petitioner's original sale deed document bearing Document No.595/1987, on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Thamaraipatti in the light of Loan Clearance Certificate issued by the second respondent Office, dated 22.8.2015, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the entire materials placed on record. 3.On notice, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)NO.18322 OF 2019 Petition to return the Petitioner's original sale deed document bearing Document No.595/1987, on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Thamaraipatti is complied with and the said document is handed over to the Petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of the same.

5.In view of the above, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is satisfied and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
