O R D E R

The petitioner herein, has challenged the impugned order of transfer dated 30.11.2020 whereby, he was transferred from Nagercoil to Madurai.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submitted that pending this writ petition, the petitioner herein had made a personal request for him to be transferred from Madurai to Marthandam and pursuant to his request, the petitioner was transferred on 29.01.2021 to Marthandam.

3. In view of the subsequent transfer having been effected, as such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
