O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in E.P.No.4 of 2020 in O.S.No.380 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Karur, dated 21.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per order of this Court, dated 04.10.2021, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit on 07.10.2021 stating that he will vacate the suit property of the respondent on or before 08.12.2021 and also promised to pay the rent regularly. After vacating the suit property, the respondent herein has to repay the advance amount to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to vacate the suit property on or before 08.12.2021. Till then, the respondent is directed not to press the proceedings in E.P.No.4 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD).No.1508 of 2021 2020 in O.S.No.380 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Karur.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
