Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MARIA VINOLA.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.11129 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply the said condition imposed by this Court, since he is undergoing training at Trichy.
