ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is involved in previous cases. Thereafter, there is no complaint has been registered against him. But, however, the second respondent is making harassment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent proposed to initiate action against the petitioner under Section 110 Cr.P.C.

4.If any action is to be initiated against the petitioner, they should follow the procedure as per law. Without following the due process of law, it may not be proper on the part of the second respondent to make enquiry. If any such action is initiated, the petitioner has to challenge the same or face the enquiry, as per law.
