Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to call for the records of the case in C.C.No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and quash the same. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 18.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram (FAC), Tirunelveli District vide the Letter in D.No.161 of 2020 dated 05.02.2020 and none appeared on both sides, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 18.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.62/2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
