The present writ petition has been filed seeking a declaration to declare the tender cum auction notice issued by the fourth respondent on 31.05.2022, with regard to the auctioning of shops, as null and void. 2/4

2.A perusal of the tender notification reveals that it was issued for a period covering 2022-2023. Since the said period has already expired, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
