This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent has given a complaint to the third respondent regarding civil dispute between the parties. Now, based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, the third respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry has been conducted by the third respondent police, the enquiry reveals that it is a civil dispute between the parties and the complaint has been closed.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the fifth respondent has been enquired into and closed, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed.
