J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a Memo dated 03.03.2023 has been filed on the side of the appellant indicating that the respondent/wife died on 11.01.2023. It is stated that the only one child born in the wedlock is also died and no cause of action survives.

2. Recording the death of the wife, this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
