(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Mr.S.A.Ajmalkhan, learned counsel, who appears for the petitioner makes an endorsement not pursuing the writ appeal as against R4.

2. Mr.J.Ashok, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for R1 and R2 and Mr.Vignesh, learned counsel for Mr.A.Thirumoorthy appearing for R6 have no objection to the condonation of delay of 251 days in fling the writ appeal.

3. As far as R3 and R5 are concerned, service is complete and description is printed.

4. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, we are persuaded to condone the delay of 251 days in filing the Writ Appeal and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
