2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner was informed that unless classification is change, relief cannot be granted. The petitioner is therefore moved the first respondent.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the first respondent shall give opportunity of personal hearing to any representative of the petitioner / diocese. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
