ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide his proceedings Nil dated 16.07.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct "Vadamadu Eruthukattu" scheduled to be held on 24.08.2024 at Aakavayal Village & Post, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District in lieu of Shri Adaikalam Katha Ayyanar Kurunthadi Kaliyamman Temple festival.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
