This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.nil Dated 05.08.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for their peaceful agitation to show their protest against the burning of Ballot papers of the election of the Marthandam Bee Keepers Cooperative Society on 20.08.2019 or any other day specified by the respondent before 30.08.2019.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was granted permission vide order dated 04.09.2019 for their peaceful agitation to be held on 09.09.2019 at Vettumani Junction, Kanyakumari District.
