Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8013 of 2023 on 18.05.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first petitioner has not complied the conditions and the second petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition may be not pressed with regard to the first petitioner.
5.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is dismissed as not pressed, in so far as the first petitioner is concerned and this petition is ordered in so far as the second petitioner and the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8013 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in month, ie., on every first working day, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
