ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey the petitioner's property in respect of Survey No.653/5 with extent of 2128 sq. ft. situated at Aavalnatham Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District. 2.Heard Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.In order to survey the land and identify the boundaries in Survey No.653/5 with extent of 2128 sq. ft. situated at Aavalnatham Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District, the petitioner has given a representation on 11.06.2019 to the respondents and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided on merits within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.18348 of 2019 4.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019 would be considered and orders would be passed thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction: "The respondents, especially, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
