ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.86 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in CS.C.No.86 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi. Therefore, NonBailable Warrant was issued on 05.04.2018 . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

CRL OP(MD). No.14720 of 2020 4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sub Court, Aranthangi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
