This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 1094 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against this petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.2208 of 2022

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
