PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.17 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi District. O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.17 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/husband has filed I.D.O.P.No.17 of 2021 before the District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, seeking for dissolution of marriage. Since the petitioner is residing at Thoothukudi District, she cannot able to travel from Thoothukudi to Kanyakumari to attend the Court hearings. Hence, she seeks transfer of the case as prayed for.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made the learned counsel for the petitioner, I.D.O.P.No.17 of 2021 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and transferred to the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi District and to dispose of the same as per law as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
