ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a compliant that the Manager of a private finance company, namely Bajaj Finance Company has harassed her by calling her during night hours and threatening her to settle the amount. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed the present petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that a case has been registered in Cr.No.51 of 2025 for the offence under Section 351(2) BNS as against the said company.
