O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner and consequently directly them not to interfere with the dispute arising out of service condition of the employment in the guise of investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.12.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
