ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 28 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Crime No.28 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent has been transferred to the file of City Crime Branch, Madurai and clubbed with Crime No.41 of 2020, which was already registered for very same offence.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
