To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.44 of 1981 and allow this Civil Revision petition. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has applied for the copy of the order of appointment of Commission in I.A.No.1 of 2021 and the decreetal order passed therein, but the Court has returned the copy application stating that the petition in I.A.No.1 of 2021 is still pending.

2. Dispensed with for the present.

3.Since the petitioner has challenged the order appointing Commissioner in I.A.No.1 of 2021 and they have already produced the docket order, the Office of the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, is directed to issue copy of the order, dated 09.06.2023.
