ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 02.04.2025 passed in CRRP.No.16 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur, in CRMP.No.1307 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, order dated 12.03.2020, against M.C.No.21 of 2018 on the file 1/8

of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, and set aside the same.

2. The matter was referred to Mediation and the Mediation report in Mediation file No.592 of 2025 in this Criminal Revision case, has been received. The parties have entered into a settlement agreement on 13.08.2025 and have returned the respective movable and immovable properties and a one time settlement of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) has also been paid, by way of demand draft dated 11.08.2025 bearing No. 022078 drawn at State Bank of India, Srivilliputhur, to the petitioner wife and the same was duly acknowledged by her.
