O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent gave a complaint before the first respondent stating that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-(Rupees Six Lakhs only) and subsequently, he did not repay the said amount and based on the said complaint the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent a case has been registered in Cr.No.185 of 2017 under Section 294 (b), 324, 506 (2), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) 3(2)(va) and Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of.
