ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposals sent by the second respondent in his letter No.14735/E3/2020 dated 07.12.2010 for the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner's mother while she was working as Assistant died on 19.04.2009 and therefore, he submitted an application with all relevant certificates before the second respondent. It is further submitted that the second respondent has also forwarded his application to the first respondent which is still pending and therefore, he made a representation to the first respondent on 10.06.2015 to pass orders on the recommendation made by the second respondent for his appointment on compassionate grounds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The said representation is also pending consideration before the first respondent without any response. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendation of the second respondent dated 07.12.2010, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
