ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps, on basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2016 to conduct election for appointment of five non-Hereditary Trustees, one of them shall be a woman from amongst the 30 Pangalis of Nadar Community for Arulmigu Chidambareshwar Thirukovil, Sri Vinayakar Kovil and Arulmigu Iyanthu Veethu Swamy Thirukovil situated at Chettiapathu Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District within the stipulated period of time that may be fixed by this court.

2. A perusal of the entire materials available on record, it is learnt that the writ petition is very pre-mature. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

4. Recording the above said endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the court at a later point of time. No costs.
