ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.3 police to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.05.2023.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was admitted in the hospital on receiving of injuries on 18.05.2023 and the police have recorded the statement of the petitioner on 20.05.2023. Subsequently, the police have not taken any action, thereby the petitioner has sent a complaint by post on 20.06.2023 and even after that, no action has been taken, thereby sought for issuance of suitable directions to the respondent police. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand that soon after receipt of the representation of the petitioner by post, the police have registered the same as C.S.R.No.255 of 2023 and subsequently, 2/4
the police have registered a case in Crime No.134 of 2023 against the accused basing on a complaint given by the petitioner and the investigation is in progress. 4.Since the police have already registered the case basing on the representation of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition, thereby this Petition is dismissed.
