2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, FIR has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2021 and after completion of investigation, it was closed as 'mistake of fact' on 09.10.2023.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
