ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 1/3

dated 19-05-2025 regarding the petitioner's application dated 08-08-2024 for transfer of petitioner's firearm, BERETTA DT11, with serial number DT09017W to the petitioner's fellow shooting sportsman, Mr. Naveen within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.05.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
