This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 929 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 of Kollidam Police Station, Trichy District and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Srirangam in E-filing No.LTN20220001939 C202400007.
