ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the third Respondent herein to take appropriate action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 28.11.2025 accordance with law. 2.
It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the child of the petitioner is suffering from neuro disease for which the petitioner had expended at least Rs.1,00,00,000/- and more than that she is not able to afford and hence she has required the petitioner's husband and in laws to support the child's health condition which was negated. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had required to return the jewellery belonging to the petitioner for the purpose of the treatment of the child. Seeking action in this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint before the third respondent police on 28.11.2025. However, the respondent police insensibly had closed the enquiry without taking appropriate action.

3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In this regard, the respondent police is directed to reopen the petitioner's complaint, issue summons on the petitioner, petitioner's husband and in laws under Section 64 BNSS, are required to conduct a discreet enquiry and see to that the petitioner's husband appears before the respondent police and takes necessary steps to arrange money for the treatment of the petitioner's child and return all the belongings of the petitioner and file a report in this regard on 15.07.2026.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petiton is disposed of.
