PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and to take action against the respondent 3 to 6 for their illegal act based on petitioner representation dated 26.06.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the nature and 1/4

circumstances of the case and thus render justice. For Petitioner : Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar For R1 to R3 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and to initiate action as per the representation dated 26.06.2023. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent No.6 has issued a certificate of non traceable of the documents, basing on which another sale deed alleged to have been obtained by the respondent No.3, for which a complaint was given by the petitioner, but the same is not being attended by the police.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated and the respondent No. 6 is placed under suspension. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in respect of the enquiry, the petitioner has received summons to appear before the police on 21.09.2023 in C.No.P1/26269/2023. 2/4

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, the respondent police are directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 as quickly as possible by giving notice to all the parties concerned and on receipt of summons, all the parties are directed to appear before the police and submit all the documents, basing on which the respondent police are directed to dispose of the same objectively by following the procedure contemplated under law. 5.With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of.
