O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to implement the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the second respondent, directing cancellation of the legal heir certificate issued in favour of respondents 4 to 7.

2.According to the petitioner, his maternal grandfather, Rangasamy, died on 28.05.1993 and his mother died on 10.06.1990. The petitioner contends that respondents 4 to 7 had fraudulently obtained a legal heir certificate. Upon examining the matter, the second respondent directed the third respondent to cancel the said legal heir certificate. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner submits a 2/5

representation seeking implementation of the order dated 18.09.2025, the same will be considered by the third respondent in accordance with law. The said submission is recorded.

4.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the third respondent seeking implementation of the order dated 18.09.2025. Upon receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall take necessary action to implement the said order within a period of four weeks. 5.There shall be no order as to costs.
