The petitioner and his wife are also present before this Court. On enquiry, the petitioner's daughter/detenu by name P.Harini would state that on her own volition, she left the home and married the second respondent by name, Thangapandi and she is leading married life with the second respondent and she is not willing to go with her parents.
5. Considering the facts that the detenu is now major and she is secured and as per her statement, she has married the second respondent and living with him and not willing to go with the petitioner, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
